How to send a fax online with the Fax app

STEP 1: Download The Fax App

Click on “New Fax” on the Home Screen in your Fax app. This will lead you to the main fax page.

STEP 2: Enter Fax Details.

From the top select the Country and enter the Recipient’s fax number. Also, feed in other information like Sender’s and Recipient’s name, Email, Date, etc as per applicable.

STEP 3: Customize Your Fax

You could also choose a reason to mention in the Subject line and/or opt to check box provided at the bottom to rate the fax based on the necessity or situation for e.g check the box right next to ‘urgent’ if it’s an urgent fax, so on and so forth.

STEP 4: Add a Cover Page

You could enter text in the given ‘Comment’ section if you wish to provide or ask any additional information apart from the fax. Moreover, right below the “Send” button, there is an edit option to change the template of fax according to your requirement. Here, you can also add signature and logo of the company or your enterprise.

STEP 5: Upload Attachment & Click Send

Click on “Add Attachment” if you wish to attach any file, may it be a PDF or any Photoshop. Fax accepts major formats for all the file. With this, now you are all set to go ahead and click the “Send” button to send your fax.
